We’ve Launched!
We’re so excited to be going “public”! We’ve been developing a system to help spoon feed our customers the excess proceeds lists that you need so you can stop wasting precious time hunting them down! Our current focus is on lists from tax sales but a few months down the road, we’re looking to expand into the other types of lists that are out there.
Membership is LIMITED.
What do you mean by “Limited”?
It’s first come, first served. We can’t let everyone in (seriously).
As you may know, the money “locator” or “finder” business can be a real goldmine. If we give a membership to anyone who is willing to pay for it, we risk saturating the market. So we’re putting a cap on the total members we allow to sign up.
This is not a “false” ceiling – we are not trying to create a fake sense of scarcity here.
AGAIN: MEMBERSHIP IS EXCLUSIVE. Once we reach full capacity, new members will not be able to register.
What are Excess Proceeds?
Excess Proceeds, also known as “tax overbids”, “overages”, “surplus funds” or “tax lien surplus” are the available proceeds that remain after the tax sale of real estate in excess of the tax liability. Here’s an example:
- John owns a piece of land
- He owes $1000 in property taxes on this land
- John fails to pay the taxes
- The county sells or auctions the land to the highest bidder resulting in a final price of $100,000
- The county takes the $1,000 it is owed and the remaining $99,000 goes back to the original owner, John
Why wouldn’t John just take the money and run?
Because there’s a pretty good chance that John was never notified of the sale! Why?
Counties have an Incentive to Make Lists Hard to Find
- Counties don’t have the resources to hunt for prior property owners like John
- If the money isn’t claimed within a months or years, the counties keep the money!
- Counties earn interest on the money!
Florida alone has 67 counties and some of these counties have unclaimed excess proceeds just waiting to be claimed!
How do you get these lists?
Well, remember that the counties are not motivated to make this information readily available. You can find them if you really work hard, but it’s always a crapshoot if you don’t know which counties have lots of proceeds waiting.
We’ve Done the Work!
We’ve developed a system to secure these lists and we’re ready to distribute them DIRECTLY TO YOU!
We work the convoluted government channels to secure the lists and make them easily accessible. All of the lists we obtain are current within 60 days.
Your membership entitles you to unlimited access to all of our lists! You can even stay up to date via email notifications or secure RSS feed.
How much are these Excess Proceeds Lists really worth?
There is one county in Florida that isn’t even considered to be a large metropolitan area (you’ve probably never even heard of the county seat) and they have more than 300 individual unclaimed excess proceeds accounts just waiting for YOU to find the prior property owner (sometimes a Google search is all you need) and claim the money for them!
Each account ranges from $1,000 to $100,000 in available proceeds! By working these lists and finding the prior property owners, you could be earning serious money!
This is not a hard sell.
In fact, we’ve decided to limit the number of people who may sign-up for our distribution list. I can’t reveal the actual cap on the list, but suffice it to say, we have a vested interest in limiting distribution to avoid saturation of this closely guarded information.
If you don’t think you have time to work the lists and make phone calls, I completely understand. Making money requires some effort. But believe me when I tell you … it ain’t rocket science!
Those of you already in the excess proceeds recovery will agree with me – there is still plenty of market share, but the door is closing!
